The result of complaint about Complete computing Inc.

Last Friday, When i was in another city, i got a call from Complete computing Inc., the clerk told me that i ccould give the defective products back with empty bottles. Yesterday, i posted them, now i am waiting for money back.
Sometime, if you always keep in silence, you will be treated unfairly.
